Scott Gardner & Co. will submit your application once we find an accepting nursing facility and a target date.  Medicaid requires a face-to-face interview, and we can accompany you by sitting-in.  We will prepare you before hand, and help you during the question and answer portion.

When the process begins, we will be the liaison between the patient, family members, hospital social worker, the Medicaid office and the accepting nursing facility.  We assist families across the state of Hawaii, as well as with families who live abroad.  Our state of the art office makes our long-distance referrals easy.
